Green Tea Matcha Latte Recipe + Nature's Blueprint Green Tea Matcha Review

I received a sample a Green Tea Matcha from Nature’s blueprint for review.
All opinions are my own.

This in an USDA Organic product from Japan.
Judging the colour, the Matcha powered is a solid bright green.
The taste is a bit bitter but not too offensive.
This version of Matcha is targeted specifically for smoothies, baking, and cooking.  I prepared a Green Tea Matcha latte with the product I received. I am excited to try it in the future in one of my baked goods recipes
.
My 4oz bag of Matcha can be bought on Amazon.
The product is guaranteed to have a 2-month shelf life from opening.

I highly recommend this product. Green tea Matcha is said to have plenty of health and diet benefits. While I am not a medical professional and cannot attest to these facts it never hurts to try and live healthier.

Green Tea Matcha Latte Recipe

To prepare the matcha latte use 1 tsp of green tea matcha powder and place it in a bowl. The green tea I used was from Nature’s Blueprint.

I boiled water in a kettle and let it cool while I gathered the rest of the ingredients. Then I measured a 1/4 cup of warm water and added it to the bowl.

Whisk the match powder and water together until they are evenly combined and foam bubbles appeared on the surface.

Add 3/4 cups of milk to the bowl. I used almond milk for this recipe but any kind of milk works.

Whisked the ingredients together until they are evenly combined.

Lastly I added 1/2 tsp of honey. You can also used agave, sugar, or any other type of sweetener. You can also skip the sweetener.

Mixed the ingredients together and served in a glass.
