Every now and then a cosy night in is a must to wash away a stressful week of work. So turn on the kettle, light that fireplace and turn off your phone.
Okay not everyone has a fireplace, I don't, but we should still light something up. The next best thing is a wonderfully scented candle.
Next step is changing into comfy clothes, wrap around a soft blanket and relax. I find that sipping a warm cup of tea and doing something creative like drawing or writing in a diary usually expels all that stress.
