Healthy Tuna

I have never liked mayo or any other condiment for that matter. This is one of the reasons why I rarely eat tuna. I love fish but I can't bear to eat canned tuna.
So I found a recipe a few months back to healthy-fy foods we ate such as tuna.
This recipe substituted mayo for Greek yogurt. I tried and I didn't like it much. The tuna was extra watery due to the moisture in the tuna plus the moisture in the yogurt. It also tasted rather sweet and although I go crazy for sweet I can't stand to eat sweet meals in the middle of the day as my main course.

Anyhow, yesterday I read about the option of using avocado and mixing it with the tuna. Today I went to the store and bought more avocados. I haven't tried this but I have the feeling I am going to like it. Avocados are not sweet and they do not have as much moisture compare to yogurt.

I will have to prepare this concoction and see how it goes.
